What are the payment options?

You can pay securely in the shop by credit card or Swish.


How much is shipping?

We have a fixed shipping fee of 49 SEK per order within Sweden, with free shipping if you order exceeds 799 SEK. During winter, orders that contain ink can be shipped to an PostNord agent if desired, with a shipping fee of 69 SEK (free shipping limit 1000 SEK)

Within the EU, shipping costs are between 129 and 199 SEK depending on package weight, with a free shipping limit of 1500 SEK.


Can I order outside of Sweden?

Yes, we ship within the EU!


How long is the delivery time?

Within Sweden with Varubrev 1:a klass you can expect a delivery time of 2-5 business days. Note that orders placed over the weekend will be sent next Monday at the earliest. 

Within the EU, the packages are sent by trackable letter through PostNord and the delivery time varies between 3 business days up to 2 weeks depending on the country.


I live in Skellefteå, can I pick up the goods on site?

No, unfortunately it is not possible at this moment.


Where is my order?

You can follow your order either through PostNord's app, or through the tracking link in the email you receive when the package has been shipped.


What do I do if I regret my purchase?

As a customer you have a right of return within 14 days when shopping online. If you want to return an item, always contact us first at [email protected]. State your name, address, e-mail address, order number and what item you want to return and we will arrange a return slip. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


An item I bought is broken, what do I do now?

If you discover that a received item is broken or in any way faulty and you want to make a complaint, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Describe the problem with the item and attach a photo. State your name, address, email address and order number. If the complaint is apporoved by us, we will pay for the return fee, as well as sending a new item or give you a refund. We have the right to refuse a complaint and follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
