On each card there is an illustration of an ink bottle to fill with ink, as well as a few lines to write which ink you used. Also two boxes that you can use to document the properties of the ink as you wish: for example waterproof, shimmer and more. 

The paper is thin and coated so that the ink does not bleed through.
